Absolutely. Whether you’re heading off on holiday, taking a day off or simply need some breathing space, we’ll help you step away with confidence. We spend time getting to know you, your business and exactly what you need covered while you’re away. Every business is different, so we’ll work with you to agree the details and find a way to make it work for you. You deserve a proper break, and refreshing your inbox by the pool doesn’t count.
Running your own business can mean making big decisions with nobody to talk them through with. A business sounding board gives you someone to bounce ideas off, explore your options with and ask for an honest opinion. We’ll listen, ask useful questions and help you untangle your thinking, so you can decide what feels right for your business. We mostly support small businesses with fewer than 20 employees, consultants and self-employed people. We work particularly well with HR consultants and owner-managed businesses. We also have plenty of experience in hospitality and have worked with trades and early years businesses too. If you’re juggling running the business with doing just about everything in it, we’ll probably have plenty to talk about.
